ShelfClear

1. What We Collect

ShelfClear collects only what's necessary to provide the service:

• Store information: Your Shopify store name, domain, and email address — provided by Shopify during app installation
• Product & inventory data: Product titles, variants, prices, cost-per-item, inventory quantities, and order history — used to calculate dead stock scores and run liquidation campaigns
• Usage data: Feature usage and error logs — anonymized, used to improve the product
• Payment information: Processed entirely by Shopify Billing. We never see or store your payment details

2. What We Don't Collect

• We do not sell your data to third parties
• We do not use your data for advertising
• We do not share your data with other IronClad Forge products
• We do not access customer personal information (names, emails, addresses) — only aggregated order data for sales velocity calculations

3. How We Use Your Data

• To calculate dead stock scores and inventory health metrics
• To generate AI-powered liquidation recommendations
• To execute discount and clearance campaigns on your behalf
• To track recovery revenue from liquidation campaigns
• To manage your subscription via Shopify Billing
• To improve the product based on anonymized usage patterns

4. Data Storage

• Store and product data is stored in Supabase (PostgreSQL) with row-level security
• All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest
• The application is hosted on Fly.io
• Servers are located in the United States

5. Data Retention

• Active installations: Data retained while the app is installed
• Uninstallation: All store data (products, scores, campaigns) is permanently deleted when you uninstall the app
• Deletion requests: Processed within 30 days of receipt

6. Your Rights

You can request to:

• Export your data
• Delete your store data and all associated records
• Correct inaccurate information

7. GDPR Compliance

ShelfClear implements Shopify's mandatory GDPR webhooks:

• Customer data request: We respond with any data associated with the requesting customer
• Customer data erasure: Customer-related data is deleted upon request
• Shop data erasure: All shop data is deleted when the store uninstalls the app or requests erasure
